A 50 minute class focused on balancing the body through strength building, core conditioning, deep stretching and an emphasis on posture and alignment. In this class you will use pilates reformer beds which incorporates spring resistance to create a dynamic and challenging workout. Every new client to Align will be required to attend Level One sessions.

Level 1 - Beginner 

  • Focuses on establishing strong foundational Pilates principles.

  • Ideal for those who are new to Pilates or prefer a slower paced class.

  • Perfect for individuals who may require exercise modifications, such as adaptations for kneeling or addressing back pain or who are not confident with balance.

Level 2 - Intermediate 

  • Further develops techniques acquired in Level 1.

  • Suitable for clients who no longer require exercise modifications, are capable of performing activities like kneeling and planking, and are comfortable with a faster class pace.

  • Participants must be familiar with the Reformer and be capable of independently setting it up, ensuring a smooth class experience for all attendees.

  • This class requires Instructor approval to book.

Level 3 - Advanced 

  • Geared towards advanced clients who are ready and willing to tackle more technical exercises. Think teasers, snakes and back bends.

  • Features a faster-paced environment and is intended for those who have been part of our Align community for a minimum of 1 year, demonstrating confidence in balance and advanced Pilates movements.

  • This class requires Instructor approval to book.
