Cadillac Workshop: Hanging Back
Places are capped at four so every client is spotted and coached individually. Pop your details in and we'll be in touch to confirm your spot.
If Hanging Back has ever felt intimidating, this is your chance to learn it properly and love it.
In this small group workshop, we'll break down the setup and technique behind Hanging Back so you can perform the exercise safely, confidently and with proper support. With only four clients per workshop you'll get personalised guidance from an experienced instructor who's watching closely.
By the end, you'll understand exactly how your body moves into and out of the position, what to feel for, and options suited to your strength.
