Enrolments are now open for Teen Pilates – Term 2!

Our Teen Pilates program is back for term 2! This 9 week program is designed to help teens build strength, improve posture, develop body awareness, and move with confidence in a supportive and encouraging environment.

We keep the class small and focused with limited participants, so there’s plenty of space, guidance, and individual attention throughout the program.

Program details:

Start date: Mondays + Wednesdays 5pm (starting Monday 20th April)
Duration: 9 weeks
Investment: $240 for the full 9-week program

This program is a great way for teens to develop strength, improve movement patterns, and build confidence in their bodies.
