TEEN PILATES PROGRAM

Supporting Growing Bodies & Young Athletes

We know teens are often looking for ways to complement their sports or dance training. As our regular group sessions are for ages 16+, we’ve created a dedicated a 7 week Teen Pilates Program designed specifically for younger bodies during the school term.

This program will focus on:

  • Supporting strength, mobility & coordination

  • Building body awareness & confidence in movement

  • Providing a safe, age-appropriate & fully supervised environment
